Our extensive expertise in consumer motivation is derived from conducting more than 1,500 Truth Discovery™ sessions across a myriad of consumer demographics. These include focus groups, in-depth interviews as well as “on-site insight” methods like at-home ethnographies and in-store “shopnographies”.

Consumer Truth® was founded in 1999 and is led by Isabelle Albanese and Ken Quaas, two senior marketing professionals with combined experience of nearly 50 years in marketing and communications. We work with some of the world’s biggest companies and best-known brands, spanning many business segments - including packaged goods, retail, financial services, travel, restaurants and business-to-business segments.
